SOLUTION
Versaflex 50DM Polyurea with Gelflex Topcoat
OCS contibuted to the renovation of a 30-year-old landmark oasis, which consisted of tired and failing fountain waterproofing walls, tier walls, pedestrian steps, and walkways. Upon completion of the structural and aesthetic rehabilitation, OCS came in and installed the 100% effective waterproofing to secure assets, including three levels of occupied space and parking below.
